Our Delivery policy

We ship nationwide in Nigeria. Our standard shipping schedule is 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Arrival of an order depends solely on the third party logistics company schedule, of which we have no control over after we handover the goods at their Lagos ingestion point.
However, orders can be tracked online by the customer to ascertain the progress of the delivery process.
Normally, after we have shipped out, it takes 2 to 5 business days for items to be delivered.
When the goods are ready for delivery the driver will call the customer to arrange a door-delivery or terminal-pickup time as the case may be.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is sparingly available. Therefore, contact us for assessment of same day delivery possibility in your particular circumstances.

Shipping Fee

The system will calculate an equitable fee at checkout process to most destinations in Nigeria.
However, for 𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 (weight, volume, or quantity), the delivery fee, as estimated by the system, may be Out of Range. In this case, either party may request for a review.

Assembly/ Installation

Most of our goods need no special skills for installation. Therefore, with minimal directive, clients can install the items by themselves. In some cases, items are delivered pre-assembled with minimal charge for in-store assembly task.
